📦 Toak Pulls Shipping Policy

At Toak Pulls, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.

🚚 Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days]

  • We ship via USPS, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships

  • Please allow time for tracking to update and for standard USPS delivery windows

📬 Undelivered or Missing Orders

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it is lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with USPS

  • Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS) to deliver it

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by USPS

📦 Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Additional Notes

  • Signature confirmation or insurance may be added to high-value orders at our discretion

  • If your package is returned to us due to delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply)
